Introducing Andrew Myers, a licensed mechanical engineer and Design Team Lead at PWA Properties. In this role, he oversees multidisciplinary design teams and serves as the primary point of contact for project delivery. Andrew has helped lead complex projects for clients including Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Hyundai, and Ultium Cells. He is also a longtime member of ASHRAE and is committed to fostering collaboration, innovative problem-solving, and design excellence to deliver lasting impact.

Prior to co-founding PWA Properties, Andrew built more than 15 years of engineering experience across industrial, commercial, and research facilities. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is passionate about giving back to the community through philanthropic involvement, music, and hands-on service projects such as Habitat for Humanity. His commitment to both technical excellence and community service reflects the values that guide PWA Properties today.
