Dominic Ruffino graduated from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business, where he studied Supply Chain Management and Marketing. Before real estate, he worked as a financial analyst with Boeing Defense in St. Louis and as a project manager for Pilot Flying J in Knoxville. Starting in real estate in 2019, Dominic advanced his license to Broker and joined PWA in 2025. Dominic combines his business acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of the East Tennessee market to guide clients through their most significant financial decisions. He also uses his love of East Tennessee’s unique neighborhoods and distinct character to match clients with a home or workplace they’ll be proud of for years to come.
