With over a decade of experience in construction program management, real estate operations, and multi-site project leadership, Amy Benjamin is a results-driven manager known for building high-impact programs and delivering large-scale initiatives with precision. At Pilot company, she created and developed the enterprise Refresh Program supporting the New Horizons initiative—overseeing a $4M annual capital budget and completing 70+ projects per year nationwide. She leads with a strategic, data-driven mindset to optimize portfolio performance.

She is a native of Knoxville with New Orleans roots, and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.
