Trey Ridenour is a commercial real estate broker at PWA Properties who specializes in land brokerage throughout East Tennessee. During his time at the University of Tennessee, Trey served as president of his fraternity, VP of Public Relations for the University Interfraternity Council, and led an executive board.

His experience includes working with Eagle Bend Development and D.R. Horton after graduating. Trey helps clients with the full entitlement process, from rezoning a property to obtaining concept approval through closing. He primarily handles acquisitions and has closed over 1,000 residential lots throughout the surrounding area.

Outside of work, Trey enjoys working out, golfing, watching football, and spending time with friends and family.
