Allen Grady serves as Executive Vice President of Finance and Business Development for PWA Properties, where he leads financial strategy, operational development, and growth initiatives across the company’s design, development and brokerage platforms. With more than 25 years of  leadership experience, Allen specializes in building the financial infrastructure and scalable systems that support expanding organizations.  Prior to joining PWA Properties, Allen spent 16 years as Chief Financial Officer for Buddy’s Bar-B-Q, where he helped guide the company through multiple phases of growth and long-term strategic planning.  At PWA, Allen works closely with ownership to align capital strategy, operational structure, and new business opportunities with the firm’s long-term development vision.
