With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Allen plays a key role in helping shape the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth. He oversees finance, operations, and business development across PWA’s design, development, and brokerage divisions, ensuring each area is positioned for continued success.
Before joining PWA Properties, Allen served as Chief Financial Officer for Buddy’s bar-b-q for 16 years, where he helped guide the company through significant growth and strategic expansion. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as Director of Finance for Ruby Tuesday, building a strong foundation in financial leadership, operational planning, and business strategy. His extensive experience across both organizations has helped prepare him to support PWA’s continued growth and success.
Known for his collaborative approach and strategic mindset, Allen works closely with company leadership to develop scalable systems, guide capital strategy, identify new opportunities, and support PWA’s vision for sustainable growth. His ability to combine financial expertise with forward-thinking business strategy continues to strengthen the organization and its commitment to excellence.
