PWA Properties is excited to welcome Steven Bush as our new Vice President of Investments and Development. As a new member of our team, Steven brings a decade of commercial real estate experience and a proven track record in multifamily investments, acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets.
Throughout his career, Steven has been involved in more than $650 million in multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, giving him valuable insight into every stage of the investment and development process.
Before joining PWA Properties, Steven began his career with Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners, where he spent four years underwriting, sourcing, and evaluating multifamily investment opportunities across a variety of markets. He later joined a Nashville-based multifamily syndication group, helping lead more than $350 million in acquisitions and dispositions of value-add assets before serving as Director of Acquisitions at Dominion. There, he expanded his leadership into asset management, overseeing a portfolio of more than 4,500 market-rate apartment homes across five major metropolitan areas while directing more than $300 million in capital markets activity.
Steven’s experience across acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets brings valuable expertise to PWA Properties. His track record of leading multifamily transactions and overseeing large portfolios reflects the depth of knowledge he brings to the team.
