Costen Holtzman is an associate at PWA Properties, where he supports the brokerage team while contributing to multiple areas of the business, including real estate, design, and strategic initiatives. His role provides exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial real estate projects, allowing him to work alongside professionals with expertise in brokerage, architecture, engineering, and operations.

Originally from North Carolina, Costen graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he also studied urban planning and community development. Prior to joining PWA Properties, he gained experience at Liberty Investment Partners underwriting commercial real estate investments, conducting market research, and evaluating development opportunities throughout the Southeast.

In addition to his work at PWA Properties, Costen supports the development, capital raising, and design of a new study center serving University of Tennessee students and the community, advancing its vision through research, strategic planning, and project coordination.
