Gabe Long, Cofounder and Owner, PWA Properties. Was born and raised in East TN, and graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2020.  After being thoroughly convinced by two very successful attorneys not to attend virtual law school,  he joined the family business at Airport Auto Auction in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, he continuously strives to learn absolutely everything there is to know about the operations, financials, and history of each of Ephraim, Inc.’s subsidiaries.

Across each of the companies, his professional background has largely been spent restructuring accounting workflows, implementing strategic organizational changes, and making sure all decisions of capital allocation have a clear path toward producing more free cashflow than they initially consume.
