Jay Benson is the Cofounder and CEO, PWA Properties, Principal Broker PWA Properties; as a seasoned real estate investor he brings years of experience spanning architecture, real estate development, management, and brokerage to the team. Being born and raised in Knoxville, TN and graduating from the University of Tennessee School of Architecture and Design, Jay’s roots run deep in East Tennessee. He has adapted his experience in architecture to look at all aspects of a deal through a creative lens and find solutions others don’t see. Jay is striving to create thoughtful developments for the community to work, play, and live.
