Jeffrey Dealejandro is a commercial real estate professional and developer focused on historic redevelopment, development, multifamily, retail leasing, and mixed-use properties throughout East Tennessee.

A longtime Knoxville entrepreneur, Jeffrey brings a hands-on perspective to real estate as both a broker and property owner and developer. His experience as a small-business owner and operator continues to shape his approach to real estate, giving him a unique understanding of what makes retail and restaurant spaces, as well as the neighborhoods around them, successful.

Jeffrey is a partner in The Courtland Group, which was named the 2026 Preservationalist of the Year by Knox Heritage. Additionally, he is completing his CCIM designation, is a member of the Leadership Knoxville Class of 2027, and serves on the Chapter of St. John’s Episcopal Cathedral in downtown Knoxville. Jeffrey and his wife, Krissy, have three children, Oliver, Beatrice, and Henry, and are proud to call Knoxville home.
