Peyton Hyatt is a commercial real estate broker with PWA Properties, specializing in land brokerage, site selection, and sourcing off-market opportunities throughout East Tennessee. He works closely with local horizontal and vertical developers, investors, and business owners to identify properties that align with their development and expansion goals.

Peyton has successfully represented clients including Empirix Partners, AquaKnox Marine, and Focus Health Group. His experience includes office and retail site selection, development land, and investment sales. He also helped close the sale of Crescent Center, an approximately 41,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail center in Morristown, and is currently helping coordinate a 21-unit townhome development in Maryville.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee and an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, Peyton began his entrepreneurial career in college by founding, growing, and selling Volunteer Marine Detailing before pursuing commercial real estate full-time.

Outside of real estate, Peyton enjoys boating, spending time on the lake, snowboarding, and returning to Charleston whenever possible. He values strong relationships and remains committed to delivering dependable results and long-term value for his clients.
