His entrepreneurial journey is rooted in a legacy that began in 1981 with his father’s founding of Airport Auto Auction. Building on this foundation, Trent launched Pride Land in 1996 and The Careful Company in 2014. Most recently, he expanded into real estate development and brokerage through a strategic stake in PWA Properties. Today, he co-owns the enterprise with his son, Gabe, marking a new era of multi-generational leadership.
